The influence of interculturality in communication of employees in organization

The work deals with the cultures and its impact on communication of the organization. It focuses on the influence of cultural background and personality related to the specifics of communication between workers and managers communicate with employees. Attention is focused on the differences in the behavior of workers from different cultural environment, the importance of specific knowledge of other cultures to overcome differences and optimal cooperation in intercultural environments. The issue of interculturality and its impact on communication between workers in an organization is viewed primarily in terms of personnel management and the work also deals with the different approaches to the management of the group of countries.
Cooperation of teams and joint leisure time of employees

The diploma thesis Cooperation of Teams and Joint Leisure Time of Employees deals with relation between frequency of involvement of individuals in cooperation of teams and their evaluation of the cooperation, information sharing and spending leisure time with colleagues. In the theoretical part, the theme is put into the broader framework of culture. The main areas affecting the problem are defined further. Emphasis is put on corporate culture, organizational climate and social relations between individuals in a company. In the empirical part of the text, the research question is described, the main hypothesis is set, the operational hypotheses are derived, the operationalization is performed, and the company and its teams that are subject of the research are presented. Subsequently, all processes and their relation being subject of the research are theoretically anchored and described based on the data analysis. In the concluding part of the text, there is an overview of mutual sympathy, ties and antipathy of members of the studied teams as well as it is found out to what extent the data analysis confirms the hypotheses determined. Corporate social responsibility

This thesis is focused on the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Opening parts of the work are devoted to the concept in general and its evolution in the context of other theories investigating the issue of responsibility in business as well. The part the work describes recommendations for the implementation process of the CSR concept into an organizational strategy. Following chapters are based on the stakeholder theory and a related specification of the CSR content within three thematic spheres - economic, social and environmental. A part of the work describes opportunities of CSR in a field of a human resources management. The last chapter describes utilization of CSR in the human resource management in the particular company. The chapter also contains recommendations based on the concept of CSR in order to bring positive effects to the company and employees, who are an important group of stakeholders. Jiří Trunda ABSTRACT: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to prove benefits of communication and cooperation of pre-school and elementary education pedagogues at merged workplaces. The theoretical part is dedicated to the communication. It is further focused on the organizational culture and the work climate which influences the quality of relationships between employees. The practical part is aimed on the communication and collaboration of pre-school and elementary education pedagogues at merged workplaces. Information were obtained by the questionnaire survey. The thesis maps informational and communicational system of pre- school and elementary school pedagogues. The final part follows from the research investigation. The result of the questionnaire survey may significantly contribute to the quality improvement of pedagogical communication at all merged worklplaces.
